Important Notice: Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Policy
Dear Valued Customers,
We want to ensure that you have the best experience with our service.
Please note that you are required to bring your own unlocked device that meets our network requirements.
Minimum Network Requirement:
- 4G handset with VoLTE/WiFi enabled.
- Your tablet or other device may not support calls, SMS, or MMS.
- 3G handsets and 3G voice services are no longer supported by the Vodafone Australia network.
Please ensure that your device meets these requirements for seamless service.
Check if your device is eSIM compatible
Unable to find your device on the list means that it may not be eSIM compatible and you will need a physical SIM, which will be delivered to you within few days, once ordered.
